- Is parking space available at the hotel and how much does it cost?
The hotel provides free undercover secure parking.
- What is your cancellation and amendment policy?
The cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival and this applies to individual bookings. Reservations amendments will be subject to the availability of any change made to the booking, either by dates or room types.
- Are extra beds or baby cots available and is there a charge?
The Extra Sofa Bed charge is $50.00 per stay inclusive of GST, this is a fold-out sofa, available in one and two-bedroom units only. A Baby Cot is available at $10.00 per stay inclusive of GST.
- What form of payments do Park Regis and Leisure Inn accept?
Payment in cash and credit cards are accepted. Payment by credit cards incur a service merchant bank fee.
- How do I make a reservation for large groups?
All enquiries for groups are quoted based on availability and must be placed in writing addressed to spires@leisureinnhotels.com.
- Is there any booking fee or deposit when booking online
A credit card guarantee is required to hold all bookings placed either by phone or on our online Hotel website.
- Can I arrange an early check in and late check out?
Early check in and Late check out are subject to availability.
- What transfers are available from the airport?
Travelling by train is the only option to get to the airport (timetables are available from reception).
- How far is the hotel away from local attractions and railway stations?
Leura station is directly opposite the hotel and departures for Sydney are hourly.
- How do I make special requests during my stay?
Please contact Hotel Reception for any requests or requirements you may have during your stay.
- How do I book on a flexible rate/corporate rate?
